Complete full inventory (with photos)
Full reference, credit and right to rent checks for prospective tenants
Confirm tenancy start date
Collect deposit and first months rent
Prepare tenancy agreement and other documents
Complete final inspection of the property and take meter readings
Sign up tenancy and hand over keys
Secure deposit with approved scheme
Arrange and complete 4 week welcome visit to the property
Collect monthly rent due and pass to landlord
Schedule fully documented home visits every 6 months
